Job Description:
This newly created position will oversee the accounting and reporting responsibilities of all Joint Ventures, monitoring all third party agreements and transactions, analyze special sales pricing structures, maintain corporate tax estimates and returns, supervise accounting and reporting of all affiliated entities, maintain/prepare royalty related transactions, analytical review and reporting of operational accounting metrics, analyze inventory/COS, and administer all contracts and agreements. Participate in additional projects as required.
